Yhtiökokouksen päätöksen täytäntöönpanoa pyydettiin kiellettäväksi sillä perusteella, että osakkeenomistajan oli sallittu käyttää äänivaltaa osakkeiden nojalla, joita hän ei enää omistanut. Hakemus hylättiin, kun tämä seikka ei ollut vaikuttanut kokouksen päätöksiin.
